Here is in New Hampshire Last month we mentioned a massive home that would be auctioned off on November 9. In North Hampton, New Hampshire Grand Estates Auction Co., was selling this home on 15 acres.
This property was formerly owned by notorious earlier Tyco International CEO Dennis Kozlowski. The present owner has been rebuilding the estate practically from the basis up for the last six years.
The Seacoast Online reports that the 10,000-square-foot manor sold for $4.2 million. The 15-acre property was evaluated at $9.4 million. There were 16 listed bidders taking part in the sale.
